Charming French ambiance, clean rooms with modern bathroom, and perfect location near the action but still quiet. Construction nearby but no noise. Outstanding and helpful staff fixed broken luggage immediately. Will definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in the center of town and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Despite being so close to everything, it was situated in a quiet side street, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a free Nespresso coffee maker on every floor, and free drinks from the mini bar in our room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely pleasant and professional. The parking was also convenient and reasonably priced.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, train station, and bus station, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. the room was clean, well-decorated, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the outdoor courtyard where the buffet breakfast is served was a delightful experience, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

The tea/coffee facilities in the room did not include black tea bags, which was a disappointment. Additionally, there was a power outage during our stay, causing some inconvenience.

Poor management that did not address reported issues, such as broken shower, clogged drain, and broken lock to private patio. Lack of bathrobes, blankets, and coffee in the room as promised.

Excellent location for exploring the beautiful city of Aix. Stayed in room 122 with a lovely patio area. The staff provided great recommendations and were very welcoming.
